Mt Pleasant Christian School

Partnering with families to provide quality education from a Christian perspective. The primary goal of Mount Pleasant Christian School is to provide students with a quality education from a Christian perspective in a safe, nurturing environment through Christian teachers, Christian curriculum and discipleship training. Strengthen families, churches, and communities for the glory of God and the furtherance of his kingdom.

  • Educate

Provide families with a quality education from a Christian perspective in a safe, nurturing environment. (Proverbs 22:6)

  • Evangelize

Encourage each student to develop a personal, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9,10)

  • Edify

Challenge each student to reach his or her full, God-given potential, academically and spiritually. (II Timothy 2:15)

  • Equip

Prepare this generation to positively impact the world for the Kingdom of God today and tomorrow. (Matthew 28:19, 20)

Our Statement of Faith

  1. We believe the entire Bible to be the inspired and only authoritative Word of God. (II Timothy 3:16, II Peter 1:21)
  2. We believe that there is one God, eternally co-existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Genesis 1:1, John 10:30, John 10:37 & 38)
  3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father in his present ministry as our great High Priest, and in His personal return in power and glory. (Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:23, Luke 1:35, Hebrews 4:15, Hebrews 7:25, Hebrews 9:12, John 2:11, John 11:25, Col. 1:14, Acts 1:11, Revelation 19:11-16)
