The Mount Pleasant Area Development Commission exists to provide a unified economic development effort that will proactively assist existing industry and commercial business in the Mount Pleasant area to grow, to recruit new industry and commercial interests to the area, to facilitate a positive business climate, and to encourage development of quality of life amenities in the area.
